In today’s world the requirement of Security & Safety is a huge Cry; as the crime rate refuses to stagnate. The normal life of a common man is adversely affected, any time anyone can be kidnapped even for a single penny; the offenders do not value the life. The protection of life and property is an important factor in current scenario. A person keeping pace with ever changing world to earn a living can hardly devote in for self-defense. The government has many Police & Government protection forces to protect the people; however these forces fail to show any productive results. Thus, the government came up with the view to rest the matters in the hands of private players. Thus the private players were welcomed to play their share in the protection of human & material resources under the purview of Private Protection Act.2005. This gave way to VIGIL INDUSTRIAL TASK FORCE that has been established with a VISION of Security & Safety of Human being. The Training plays an important role in the actual quality of employees and their development to promote long-run profitability of any business. To keep good employees, it is the best policy to invest in the development of their skills, so as to use their optimum efficiency to harvest the best productivity. It is believed to be said that a blunt axe is just equal to a dread enemy; it is 100% truth that without sharpness nothing can cut to result; likewise without training, a well dressed security guards is just equal to a blunt axe.  In solution to this we provide a wide range of training and development program in our training centre / on job training by our highly repute professional instructors  to train the Guards to meet any challenging threat. . Our process of self-convincing learning provides people with greater confidence in them to intact proper security & safety in their organization’s ability to grow. The content, methodology and conceptual width and depth of modular teaching method evaluates the learning process quite excitingly among trainees to learn easily and effectively to memories the modern security equipments / topics for utilization in their work field. 

PART - I

PHSYCAL / PARADE / DRILL  TRAINING :  The physical training includes Formation of Platoon, Savdhan, Vishram, Salute, Parade march, Rifle drill, Reporting Drill, Return reporting drill etc..

Grooming & Posture ( Correctly Dressed up & Body Movement)  :

Grooming :     How to put up Uniform Correctly; care to be taken  about Shoes, Anklet, Belt, Kamarbandh, Correctly making IN of shirt, Shoulder badges/ strips, Line Yard, Whistles, Neck Tie, Cap, Cap badge, Batons etc..

Posture :         How to stand, How to Sit, How to walk, How to make movement of your body part, How to make broad Chest, How to put stomach IN.

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING : to develop a Positive Attitude, Etiquette, Well Disciplined, Well Behaved, Crystal & Clear Communication Skill, Hospitality, Well Approach, Marks of Respect, Positive Thinking, Obedient, Honest, Sincere and Tactfulness. 

DISCIPLINE, OBEDIENCE &  Punctual :  to pay proper mark of respect within the designated ranking, obey the Order of superior officers & to implement it, be punctual and turn up on duty before time, take necessary actions on duty in time ( like Switch ON/OFF of lights, Water Routine, Opening / Closing of Gates / Doors/ Offices, Writing Reports in time, Controlling of Routine Vehicles in time , Delivery of messages / Communicating in time, Reporting of any incident / information to the superior officer in time.)

PART –II

Security Environment : What is Security?  What is Safety? What is Protection & Prevention measures? How many types of Security?  - Physical Security ( i.e. Perimeter Wall, Gate, Gate Control,), Intellectual Security ( Security on Sabotages, Documents, Information, Data, Copy, Soft Data ). IPC ( 93, 103,106) , PSARA-2005 and role of security staff.

GATE  CONTROL The Gate control is the main aspect of maintaining security and safety of an organization. To prevent thefts and pilferage and other crimes, illegal entry, we train our Security Personnel to maintain various record Books as under:

Material Movement Control :  Gate Pass, Bills, Challans, Material Movement Registers i.e. Outward - Inward – Returnable, Vehicle Movements & Key Issue etc.

Personnel Movement Control : Staff attendance, Contract Labour Attendance, Staff Out door duty, Visitors  register, VIPS & Visitor Pass etc.

Parking Control : to ensure proper vehicles are parked in proper places (Allotted parking, Visitors’ Vehicle parking), Parking should not disturb the movement of other vehicles.

Key Management :  Authorized persons to draw keys after verifying their Identity Card & Signature, Key issue / receive rules to be strictly followed ( i.e. Time OUT /IN , Signature, Nos. of Keys in a bunch ), Important Keys or General Keys etc..

TRAFFIC  &  Crowd   Control :  to carry out the Access and Traffic Control, which helps to control the visitors, government personnel, contractors, employees and their relatives, casual labour, and Vehicle Movements to check up the Material movements.

CUSTOMER  CARE :  Care taking of  Visitors, Customers and maintaining best relations with them is an important aspect at first approach at gate office; extend  helpful attitude towards the customer and to be careful about keeping good public relations and to resolve various types of  inter-personal conflicts.

LIAISON  WORK  (Liaison with Police and Local Authority) How to liaise with the police & other Local Govt. Authorities & NGOs, at any time under any circumstance. 

SABOTAGE  OPERATION :   There’s an old verse that goes like this: “ Wolf is in Goat’s skin”. It is true to be used in today crime rich world. The criminals are sabotaging their activities to create crime i.e. in the shape of     Courier staff, Post Man, Sales Staff, Maintenance Staff & posing as Govt. Officials and taking easy entry in the Premises to make crime. To get rid of these criminals   Security guards to be actively alert to manipulate normalcy to stow.

CCTV  OPERATION : The modern electronic security system is in wide use these days thanks to its accuracy in image sensing, good quality of photography and audio / video recording systems.  To operate these technical equipments one has to be well trained to operate it. This is the reason why our Security personnel are trained to operate such systems to monitor and keep record of all mis-happenings.

LEADERSHIP   TRAINING : security personnel to be capable of leading a team. This training module covers supervision, leadership, human relationship management, counseling, monitoring & Motivating a team of work force to attend an effective assignment in a group activity.

INVESTIGATION  &  DETECTION :  to investigate any incident ,how it occurred and what was the cause of  it  and to write investigation report of any Theft, Robbery, Accident, Incident or any mis-happenings and to intimate to the authorized officials in time, how to  loge FIR, NC etc..

Security Rounds : to take rounds in specified interval of time in & out of premises, structures, buildings, factory, plant, ground floor to terrace , between flats, garden, parking places etc. and to monitor all the storage items, structures, fixtures, fittings are in proper places in proper order and are being used properly, if any observations to be written in rounds book.

PART –III

EMERGENCY  TROUBLE  SHOOTING : Lift Stock up, Fire break up, Threat of Bomb / Explosive, Union Strike, Mob, Political Crowd, Accident etc.; skills how to  be controlled and to be informed to the higher authorities and use of important Telephone Nos..

FIRST  AIDS :  First Aid and Evacuation Procedure: The knowledge of First Aid, to give to the victims pre-hospital treatment in case of any accidents leading to serious burn injuries, De-hydration, cardiac attack, electrocution , Snake /Dog/ Animal bites etc.

DISASTER / DAMAGE  CONTROL / RESCUE  OPERATION :   The Rescue operation is a social prime object to help victims caught in flood, Heavy shower, Fire, Bomb Explosion, Accident etc., We train our security personnel to tackle such disaster situation and rescue & recuperate victims from such junctures. The security personnel are specially trained to control damages created out of natural calamities & by climatic reasons by using various available resources and prevent further damages.

FIRE - FIGHTING :   Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting  aware of the causes of fire,  the types of fire, operating of various types of fire extinguishers and other equipment generally used for putting off fire and their duties as part of a fire fighting party, Search party, Attack Party, BA Party, Salvage party, Supply Party, Mob Control Party, Communication Party, Rescue party, and organize the existing manpower in these groups to fight against fire effectively.
