Contractual Manpower:
VIGIL recruits & trains the right candidates matching to the proper requirements of our clients and deploys them on duty. These people are taken in our payroll. We pay them regular salary & other statutory employment benefits and also handles all the legalities and government regulations relating to the employment. The job provider can simply escape the handling of hassle manpower problems and save time & money and fully concentrated on better productivity & prosperity. We just raise the bill on completion of working period of the presiding month on the right attendance with agreed wage rate & get paid from our clients.
